To celebrate the Lionesses becoming Champions of Europe once again, there are now more opportunities to participate in a Big Football Day powered by The National Lottery throughout August. If you have been inspired by the UEFA Women's EURO 2025, this is your chance to get involved!
Join Lewes FC Juniors for a fun festival of girls football at The Rookery 3G on Ham Lane.
The afternoon will focus on developing your daughter's fundamental movement skills – agility, balance coordination and speed – required not only for football but for all sports. Girls will learn new football skills, make brilliant friendships and have fun together.
After the football activities finish at 16:30 we will move to The Rook Inn at the Dripping Pan for fun social activities with food and drinks available.
Some of the fun things we have planned:
- Women's Euros / Lionesses quiz
- Football stickers collect and swap
- Hair braiding
- Face painting
- Nail painting
Then its all eyes on the tv for the Lionesses v Wales at 20:00.
